Apple & Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients:

        

- 2 cups wholemeal SR flour

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 apple, finely diced.

Method:

 

1. Pre- heat pan to medium heat.

2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla until smooth. Add apple and stir until combined.

3. Lightly grease pan and add tablespoons of mixture. Once bubbles appear on surface, flip and cook until golden on both sides.
