Banana Oat Biscuits

Makes ~16

Ingredients:

 

- 2 bananas, mashed

- 1/2 cup sultanas

- 2 cups oats

- 2 tblsp oil i.e. canola/rice bran/light flavoured extra virgin olive oil etc

- 2 tblsp wholemeal SR flour

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C & grease biscuit tray.

2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and then shape into balls. Place balls on baking tray and lightly press with fingers to flatten slightly. Bake 10-15 minutes.
