Banana Oat Slice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 overripe bananas, mashed
- 80g (~12) dried apricots, diced finely
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 tbsp. oil i.e. rice bran, light olive oil, canola etc
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C and line or grease a ~20cm x 20cm baking tray.
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and place into baking tray, smooth surface with spoon. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
