Great for breakfast or as a snack
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup dried apricots, finely diced
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 apple, cored and grated
- 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
Method:
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, then roll into balls. Done, that easy!
These will keep in the fridge for a few days.
