Chia Puddings

Nice & easy

Good source of omega 3 & 6
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1//4 cup chia seeds
Method:
1. In a small bowl whisk together milk & cinnamon.
2. Stir through chia seeds and pour mixture into small glasses/cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Top with your favourite fruit to serve!
