Crispy Apple Salad
- 1 apple cored and thinly sliced
- 2 tblsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 handfuls baby spinach
- 100g fetta, crumbled
- 50g slivered almonds, toasted
1. In a large bowl toss apple & balsamic vinegar together. Add remaining ingredients, lightly toss, then serve!
A versatile side, but works perfectly with pork!
