Vegetable Crisps

A tasty way to enjoy vegetables
Ingredients:
- Thinly sliced root vegetables such as sweet potato, potato, beetroot, turnip etc.
- Olive oil spray
- Your choice of seasoning i.e. onion & garlic powder OR chilli powder OR Mexican powder OR curry powder etc
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place vegetables on tray ensuring that they do not overlap, then lightly spray with olive oil spray & sprinkle with your choice of seasoning. Bake for 10 minutes then flip and repeat oil spray & seasoning. Bake for a further ~10 minutes or until deliciously crisp. Note cooking time may vary based on size of slices.
